Your opportunity:
Reporting to the Director, Recruitment and Admissions, the Assistant Director, Recruitment and Admissions is primarily responsible for taking an entrepreneurial approach to developing and exploringnetworks and opportunities to build the reputation and brand of the Specialized programs at Rotman.
In this role you will implement and execute strategies to develop awareness of your program through short, medium, and long-term marketing initiatives, creating partnerships with associations, and business development within organizations. Through these initiatives,you will generate a pipeline of seasoned candidates interested in continuing their education with our program(s).
Additionally, you will nurture your candidate pipeline through effective CRM management, information events, business meetings, andvirtual and in-person chats and interviews. You will be accountable for the recruitment and admissions process from completion to enrolment, meeting target for your
portfolio.
