HUMAN RESOURCE REPRESENTATIVE – $18.50 to $19.50/hr Precision Staffing is partnered with a Cincinnati healthcare facility to provide a Human Resource Representative. The location is Bond Hill, OH and this is a Temp only opportunity. During the temp period Precision offers weekly competitive pay & benefits. This position is M-F 8a-4:30p. Start date is January 16th with end date being 2-3 months . Apply Now!! RESPONSIBILITIES OF HUMAN RESOURCE REPRESENTATIVE
Serves as the first point-of-contact for HR inquiries that come into HR from employees and managers
Provide timely and accurate solutions to a variety of human resource questions
Answers to employees’ inquiries by referencing standard scripts, quick references guides, the knowledgebase and other point solution systems QUALIFICATIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCE REPRESENTATIVE
Adapts quickly in a constantly changing environment to provide up-to-date and correct information to employees across a wide variety of professions and locations
Communicating empathy and helping to de-escalate the situation
Using various system and multiple screens to find the appropriate policy of procedure EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS
High school degree required
Bachelor’s Degree & previous HR experience preferred
Able to achieve the desired percentage of first-call resolution and meets response time thresholds
Must be Covid Vaccinated Apply now!!!
