Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and performing numerous customer service functions for specific assigned customers efficiently, resulting in excellent customer service.
This position requires a flexible work schedule which includes 40 hours per week.
Job Duties:
Achieves level-specific expectations of productivity and accuracy, while processing customer requests such as: – Entry of multiple order types (initial, remake, repair parts etc.) – Change/cancel/Out of Spec requests and order statuses – Issuing credits (85%)
Responsible for maintaining current product/account/systems knowledge in order to perform tasks in compliance with standard procedures. (10%)
Complete other related duties as assigned by Supervisor. (5%) Education and Experience
Requirements:
Hours: Training schedule Monday – Friday (8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m., hr. lunch unpaid, 2/15 minute paid breaks). This schedule is the same for both full and part time positions and lasts 4 to 6 weeks.
Full time – Monday Friday (10:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m.) or Monday Friday (11:30 a.m. 8:00 p.m.).
Part time Monday – Friday (9am-3pm) (10am-4pm) (11am-5pm)
Pay: Part Time: $15/hr
Full Time: 10am-6:30pm shift $16 per hour
Full Time: 11:30am-8pm shift $17 per hour
