Our company is seeking a Reservationist to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling customer inquiries and align with our company’s core values. This position includes extensive customer service, housekeeping duties, and some administrative responsibilities including data entry, filing, and reservations. We are looking for the right candidate to develop and uphold strong relationships with our guests, as well as our business partners. The right candidate will be responsible for creating lasting memories for our guests through direct and indirect contact, in addition to being able to troubleshoot customer concerns and eventually work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service in person, by telephone, and online.
• Compose and send replies to customers via email and chat.
• Identify customers’ problems and analyze their complaints, while responding with the appropriate actions.
• Determine which accommodations best fit customers’ needs.
• Meet monthly individual and company sales goals.
• Work with and dispatch other team members in a timely manner.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and dress codes.
• Closely monitor performance metrics and sales reports.
• Help Housekeeping with various tasks when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour

• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
• Multi-line phone systems: 1 year (Preferred)
