Luxorts is a rapidly growing company in the hospitality industry. We provide services to home/condo/hotel & existing timeshare owners.

The Outbound Appointment Specialist/Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing a professional and confident level of customer service that sets us aside from any other customer service based company out there. Your main objective is to collect information. The position has an hourly base, PLUS commission.

We are searching for a polite, professional Appointment Specialist to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service. The Appointment Specialist will handle a high volume of outbound/inbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each client.

To be a successful Appointment Specialist, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient. You should be able to build rapport and engage with customer relationships in order to efficiently create appointments. This is as perfect as it gets for a sale intermediate position.

Hours:

Mon- Fri: 10:00 AM- 6:00PM

Appointment Specialist Job Duties:

• Making calls to clients to create appointments.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to ensure that clients feel supported and valued.
• Engaging in active listening with clients, confirming, and/or clarifying information as needed.
• Rapport building
• Utilizing software, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service..
• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Appointment Specialist Requirements:

• More education or experience is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
• Understanding of company services and policies.
• Strong time management and decision making skills.
• Must be able to work in office.

Pay: $500.00 – $1,500.00 per week
