Entry Level PC Configuration – ECN Clerk

We are in search of an Entry Level PC Configuration – ECN Clerk to assist with work order planning and scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess an inclination for new skills and growth – while accepting that this position will grow slowly over time.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Construct and maintain manufacturing BOM (bills of materials) into ERP system.
• Read and execute ERP/MRP to facilitate ECN and production support.
• Manage obsolescence of manufacturing BOMs.
• Data entry of production work orders.
• Factory work order planning and scheduling.
• Factory capacity planning.
• Inventory management.

Knowledge and Skills for this Position:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Bom structures and routing experience.
• ERP system functionality.
• Firm understanding of MRP logic.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to be independently proactive, and ability to collaborate and contribute to a team.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be reliable, with a strong work ethic and desire to contribute to a team.
• Willing to work 40+ hours weekly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• ERP/MRP experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening is required.
• Random drug testing required after employment.
