The People Partner team acts as a trusted advisor offering in-country policy and process expertise and knowledge to support and educate leaders, managers, and associates on all P&O topics on the moments that matter.
Within this team, People Partner Specialists support all Business Unit customer groups in country by executing key operational processes with focused expertise, engaging with the business and P&O at all levels to implement transformational change, identifying synergies to streamline and drive efficiency, consistency and speed to solutions, and ultimately enabling the delivery of lifecycle events that create the greatest employee experience.
What you will be doing:
•Provide support and operational expertise on Employee Life Cycle management and Hire2Retire processes.
•Provide expert process guidance to associates, people managers, People Partners, and P&O Business Partners on day-to-day P&O topics (policies, processes, and tools), triage and self-service support, and offboarding processes.
•Engage with associates and managers to promote self-service in people processes.
•Provide support for in-country restructurings, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions, including position management, mass change request, legal entity shifts, the end-to-end severance process and hypercare support. Liaise with P&O Services, key functional partners, and COEs (Centers of Excellence).
•Support buy-in and utilization of data and analytics to identify risks and trends, and to apply these business insights to inform decisions and actions.
•Ensure operational excellence & compliance in the delivery of end-to-end P&O services across the employee lifecycle. Monitor service delivery and escalate when needed.
•Identify opportunities to explore process simplification, problem-solving, and standardized ways of working more efficiently and deliver more consistent enterprise-wide solutions.
•Establish strong relationships within the P&O network to understand needs and challenges, and embrace customer feedback to understand the customer journey with moments that matter.
o Recommend enhancements and modifications to better meet the business and customer needs.
o Contribute ideas and solutions to the P&O network and Country P&O Forums (i.e., Country P&O Solution Board, Policy Committee, People Partner Community Calls).
•As appropriate, provide guidance to managers and associates on first level employee relations topics (e.g., reasonable accommodations, in collaboration and guidance from People Partners).
•Serve as subject matter expert for an assigned project or processes related to People Partner operations.

•Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree required.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between: $84,000.00 and $126,000.00 USD per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
