Gratiture Solutions is looking for a disruptive & innovative technology leader with strong expertise across business domains – Financial Services & Insurance.

Experience working in service companies is preferred.

Expertise in leading the transformations through technology – digital transformation, back-office process modernization, application modernization, cloud native solutions, innovative consumer experiences on a global scale.

Strong experience in digital, omni channel, customer experience, marketing, digital go-to market capabilities leveraging agile, design thinking and lean methodologies. Driving innovation using Big data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mobile and Cloud technologies. Execute PoC / Pilot programs leveraging emerging technologies to drive businesses forward.

IT Leader with demonstrated experience in managing multi-million dollar programs, building distributed high performance teams, establishing factory model of executions, thought leader with ability to roadmap and lead the organization from the front.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
