About the Position : As a Client Success Representative your role will be to manage and lead all customer success activities including onboarding, training, and ongoing relationship management. We are looking for a forward thinking, polished professional with a passion for building relationships and experience in taking initiative.

Essential Functions

• Day-to-day partner contact and account management via phone, email, webinars and occasional face to face.
• Become an expert in our services and educate our partners on the use and benefits of our products
• Own overall relationship with customers which includes on-boarding, training,
• increasing engagement and ensuring retention
• Build relationships with assigned partners, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned partner accounts
• Work with partners to ensure they are leveraging our services effectively and finding value in our services
• Work cross-departmentally to ensure an exceptional partner experience and take care of any issues
• Be a partner advocate while capturing their feedback and reporting requests to Management and Development
• Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
• Conduct regular customer touch points to identify objectives, friction points and get feedback on overall satisfaction
• Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success or account management role
• Strong business acumen and experience speaking and presenting to key decision makers
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a broad range of internal and external parties
• Exceptional collaboration skills and an authentic desire to make your customers successful
• Professional and responsible problem solver with excellent skills in communication, documentation and follow up
