We are seeking an outgoing, organized, detail oriented individual for our customer service / planning department. This is no dead end job as your skills advance so will your responsibilities and pay.

Job Description

Customer account manager

Production planning

Daily email communications with customers

Review and entry of customer orders

Researching and responding to customer inquiries

Entry and analysis of customer forecasts

Requirements

Customer service experience in a manufacturing/industrial company

Organized

Detail Oriented

Solid Microsoft Office Skills, Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience working with ERP computer systems

Bilingual – Spanish a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour
