General Description / Primary Purpose:
A successful candidate will be expected to maintain an active research agenda, meaningfully contribute to our undergraduate and master programs, and demonstrate excellence in teaching, research, and service.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in criminal justice, maintain an active research agenda, and engage in meaningful service.

Faculty Position Required Qualifications:
Doctorate in Criminology, Criminal Justice, or closely related discipline by July 30, 2024.
Departmental Requirements:
The successful candidate will also have demonstrated the potential for excellence in teaching and research and the ability to mentor graduate students in our MSCJ Program. Needs of the department include specialization in policing, law/courts, and/or statistics/methods but all areas will be considered.
