Seeking an IT Accounting Administrator

Hybrid work M-W onsite and Th and Friday remote

Location: Columbus, Indiana area

The IT Accounting Admin I is responsible for the main accounting functions within IT. This includes, but is not limited to:

• IT budget forecasting, tracking, and analysis
• Ensuring that all purchase orders are processed in a timely manner
• Ensuring that all invoices are processed in a timely manner

Essential Position Duties:

The IT Accounting Admin I will be the financial specialist within the IT department, focusing on the following areas:

• Capital and Operations expense budget forecasting, tracking, and analysis
• Complete ad hoc analysis of vendor invoicing and payment history.
• Key point of contact with IT vendors to ensure proper invoicing is complete for a variety of projects.
• Perform Statement of Work reviews to ensure they are complete and are covered by the IT budget. Be the direct liaison with Legal on SOW reviews.
• Process Capital Expenditure Requests, processing each request for budget matching and approvals
• Work directly with the Accounting team to ensure all expenses are classified correctly and ensure all goods receipts are completed within a timely fashion.
• Plan events for IT including Community Service, Team Building, and other related events
• Assist IT associates with travel planning
• Assist with continual improvement activities to improve current CSPM processes
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Additional duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Creating purchase orders
• Processing IT invoices and working with our accounting team to ensure timely payment
• Vendor Management
• Reviewing SOW’s to ensure they meet Toyota’s standards
• Process SOW’s for approvals from leaders and customers throughout our organization
• Tracking project financials
• Tracking and updating budget forecasts
• Scheduling travel for IT associates
• Planning IT events
• Other administration duties to support the IT organization
