Responsibilities
PC Technician is primarily responsible for installing and maintaining all hardware and software for all on-property personal computers, handheld devices, and printers.
Equipment Support: Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs all PC equipment, telecom equipment, software and peripherals.
Software Application Support: Provides application support to users including Book4time, HSI, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
Help Desk: Share in Help Desk phone duty; open tickets in tracking system; resolve where possible, escalate when necessary.
User Account Administration: Administers additions, modifications, and terminations of user accounts including rights for all systems. Responsible for maintenance and verification of Anti-Virus software and configuration and setup of business applications on user workstations.

Qualifications
Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field).
Schedule: Sunday- Thursday 8-5
Broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, multi-level computer systems, applications, and/or equipment. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms, including proper phone etiquette. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel. Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
