CONTRACT DATA ENTRY CLERK
STATUS: NON-EXEMPT
REPORTS TO: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER

SUMMARY
The Contract Data Entry Clerk will support the sales and accounting departments by ensuring contracts are entered into the CRM and updated as needed, and will provide information to sales team members regarding contract items as requested.

Essential Functions

• Enter contracts into Salesforce
• Process and update Salesforce when Change Orders are submitted
• Run reports to verify information within Salesforce is accurate
• Provide timely feedback to internal team members regarding contract information
• Miscellaneous support duties as directed.

Required Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years Salesforce experience
• Minimum 2 years data entry experience.
• One-two years working with contracts
• Construction industry experience a plus
• Skilled communicator verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
