Customer Service/Receptionist
Basic Function (MUST HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE & BE A TEAM PLAYER)
To perform a variety of basic secretarial and clerical duties for a Residential Construction Firm /program or group of assigned faculty or staff members, with a principal focus on key office reception functions, as well as basic and specialized office support tasks.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Photocopy various materials & collate and distribute as required.
· Maintain various department/program records and files.
· Perform related duties as assigned.
· Showroom upkeep such as brochures, review stations & beverages stocked.
· Be able to file for construction permits.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· High school plus two years of relevant secretarial/clerical experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
Must be Proficient in:
· QuickBooks
· Excel
· Word
· Google Drive/Google Maps
· Zoho
