Account Manager

Our Elk Grove client has an Account Manger DIRECT HIRE Opportunity!!!

$45,000.00 to $54,000.00 annually!!

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• KPI’S Goal Setting and Achieving – working with the client’s top customers
• Develop and Execute Strategic Account Analysis Plan
• Logging pertinent information to the customers’ accounts in our CRM system
• Quoting, quote follow up, expediting, executing specific customer requirements
• CRM ownership – Customer Opportunities and Sales Funnel
• Conduct weekly meetings with AM Team to drive collaborative success
• Reach out for Purchase orders on service and sales jobs
• Maintain and Expand Existing Customer Growth > 3-4%
• Support outside sales in customer acquisition and Sales Funnel > 3-4%
• Upsell and provide alternate quotes/ solutions

Requirements:

• 2 or 4-year degree preferred
• Strong EXCEL skills
• 2-5 Years of Account Management/Customer Service in a manufacturing environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency, Typing / Keyboarding proficiency
• Superior Communication skills – verbal and written
