We are currently seeking a qualified dispatcher for our crude and water haulers in our Stanley, North Dakota terminal. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently. Candidate should have good communication skills and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office. Dispatch experience is preferred, this is a full time position with a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with the drivers while they are in the field.
• Organize load schedules and staffing according business needs.
• Follow and enforce safety procedures to ensure that all drivers arrive safe and on time.
• Follow all FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Keep track of vehicle maintenance, fuel supplies, and hours worked.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

• Stanley, ND 58784: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
