Summary/Objective:
The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing and leading client R&D tax credit study projects from initial coordination, data gathering, client interviews, project delivery, and ongoing planning. Key contribution areas will include analysis of large data sets, clear and concise technical communication, and project management for many simultaneous projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively assist in execution of client engagements through leading client coordination, participating in client interviews, and preparing R&D credit calculations and technical reports
Manage client relationships through clear and timely communication with client personnel including operations, finance, and engineering
Assist in development of tools and templates to provide efficient R&D credit studies that conform to constantly changing R&D credit landscape
2-5 years R&D tax credit experience
Proficient with Excel including data parsing, pivot tables, and advanced functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with fully remote teams across multiple time zones

Compensation Range: $85,000 – $125,000/year
