This is a remote position that can sit within the PNC footprint, although it may not be available in all jurisdictions. Certain job responsibilities may require in-person, in office activities on a regular basis.

This position is a strategy analyst on the New Account Fraud Strategy team. They will perform analysis on Consumer and Business account opening through all channels to identify risk and implement strategies using tools such as EWS, Emailage, Neustar, and SentiLink to identify and prevent fraud.

Successful Candidates will possess the following skills:

• Expert in Microsoft Suite – specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to create presentations, using reporting databases, for CIO and other leaders.
• Knowledge of new account opening procedures with regards to fraud and documentation.
• Familiar with Tableau for reporting
• Critical thinking and excellent communication skills are essential, as this position has a high level of visibility.
• Would benefit from the understanding or familiarity with NICE/Actimize, but not required.

Job Description

Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.

Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.

Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.

Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.

Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
