KPMG is currently seeking a BTS Senior Associate Information Reporting and Withholding NYFS to join our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site guidance to withholding agents regarding compliance with information reporting requirements
• Provide support to clients in relation to the technical and practical application of IRS regulations
• Review work carried out by KPMG member firms globally during the performance of QI audits, FATCA and CRS engagements
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
• Recognize, research, and recommend resolutions to tax issues from moderate to complex
• Develop and support risk assessments and implement appropriate tax procedures

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience working at a Big 4, law firm, or in a withholding agent environment focused on information reporting and withholding responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and J.D., LL.M. in Taxation, and/or Master’s in Taxation (MST) is preferred
