The Strategic Accounts program at RRD focuses on developing and executing long-term growth strategies for our most strategic clients. These clients are specifically targeted because of our extensive relationships, goals, and challenges that are aligned to our solutions, a track record of success, and significant growth opportunities across multiple RRD products and services. Success is achieved through comprehensive long-term account planning, account-based marketing, and executing focused strategic initiatives co-created with our clients.
The Director is responsible for developing and fostering these strategic relationships by leading conversations with the client and account teams while ensuring that best practices and standard processes are implemented and followed. The Director will provide leadership to and drive collaboration amongst the cross-functional account team, including sales executives, subject matter experts, and client services. They will be supported by a dedicated team of Marketing and Project Management resources. The Director will continue to evaluate and improve the standard processes, best practices, and strategy development plans in an effort to grow the program and achieve targeted growth plans.
The national pay range for this role is $109800- $222000/ year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
