Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Office Human Resources organization is seeking a Human Resources Project Analyst at it’s Falls Church, VA location.
The selected candidate will define, design and implement continuous improvement programs to ensure programs are integrated vertically and horizontally across organization. Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies. He/she will analyze improvement programs and potential results. Facilitates and coaches improvement teams.
The incumbent will establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success. Installs process excellence supports for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards. May have Agile, Six-Sigma, or Lean certification.
Additional Duties Include:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience. 4 years with a Masters. (Appropriate combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement)
