Exact placement on the salary schedule can only be determined by the Executive Director of Personnel upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 9 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 10, per school board policy. This salary range is $38,830 (Level 1, Step 2) up to $56,178 (Level 10, Step 10) dependent on education and experience levels. All employees are eligible for participation in the Colorado Public Employees Retirement Account, PERA. Paid leave is accrued in accordance with District policies and afforded to all persons in accordance with Colorado law.
