Laborer 2 –

Manage Project Job Sites working with Sub-Contractors, JRG Laborer (1) and sometimes client interactions. Must have competent knowledge and demonstrate skill sets with the following trades:

Reading/Interpreting Blueprints

Residential Electrical

Residential Plumbing

Residential Framing

Residential Drywall and Paint

Basic Carpentry Skills

Basic Tile Installation

Basic Take-Off/Estimation Skills –

The Candidate will be punctual, have their own tools, reliable transportation, and clean record ( driving, criminal). The base pay will be assessed in initial interview and a rate will be based on experience and knowledgebase. The (L2) Position in designed to be a foreman/Supervisor position and candidate should have some experience in running crews given basic scope of work, budgets, time frames. Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
