As part of a small collaborative team of data professionals, you will work on improving customer satisfaction with data and analytics tool support by answering common questions, and improving processes and documentation.
Responsibilities
Respond to questions from product users with a diverse technical and non-technical background on data and tools helping them resolve their issues or escalate for further assistance
Help identify major customer pain points and bring to the attention of a cross functional team (Product, Engineering, UX, Data Education)
Proactively create tickets and actively follow-up to resolve customer issues, highlight patterns or themes based on customer feedback
Update, maintain and improve user documentation and processes
Who You Are
Requirements
1+ year(s) related job experience working with data and tools in an active customer support role to solve problems
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to explain complicated or technical information in a simple way to non-technical audiences
Be independent and able to work with users and product owners effectively in a liaison role
Exhibit a strong sense of ownership with every product/tool you support
Have working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence or equivalent issue tracking and collaboration tools with the ability to triage and route requests and issues.
Be a strong multitasker with the ability to achieve results through collaboration with other teams.
Proactively engage in the analytic tools and data community to improve customer experience
