You will play an integral role in coordinating patient care and tracking it from start to finish. Your knowledge of dentistry and the proposed treatment, will further the relationship built on knowledge and trust our providers have begun, and get patients what they want. This position necessitates: neat and accurate data entry into portals, kiosks and medical software (in addition to dental), preparing paperless forms and consents (a quick learner with digital software), assisting with financial arrangements for treatment, utilizing digital platforms to book appointments and to find unscheduled treatment, getting patients the information they need, and other support for the clinical team.This team member will answer questions at appointment completion and is second on phones. A dental assisting license to seat overflow/emergency patients is preferred, but not necessary.
