Customer Service Call Center Specialist Job Functions:

• Respond to caller inquiries regarding PA driver policies and regulations
• One call resolution by providing information – become a subject matter expert!

Customer Service Call Center Specialist Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Typing capabilities
• Ability to learn/utilize new computer systems
• Punctuality and Reliability
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Associate’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED is a must
• Must be able to pass a background screening
