Hiram College invites applications for the position of Controller. The Controller is responsible for providing leadership and broad strategic oversight of financial and accounting policies and procedures to assist the College’s Trustees and Administration in the effective management, monitoring, and control of the financial resources of Hiram College.

The Controller leads a department of four staff members and assists the Chief Financial Officer in overseeing the annual operating budget of $25+ million, the 5-year strategic planning model, as well as other strategic initiatives to enhance the financial sustainability of the College.
