Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, the Business Systems Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing and developing business intelligence reports, and other reports as needed by the business. This position will support the development of the company’s CRM and ensure that the modules to support service, sales, and marketing are built to the needs of the company. He/she will be responsible for analyzing source data against business requirements, then designing, developing and implementing highly efficient, scalable processes with quality control and data governance as a central theme to all work. Gather and define analytics requirements and configure them in Power BI or other reporting solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Analyze data for the purposes of commercial effectiveness and strategic marketing using multiple internal tools and Excel
· The position requires strong communication skills, resourcefulness, and ingenuity in solving problems. Ability to work with minimal supervision while managing a variety of responsibilities.
· Educate and train clients and/or internal staff to use the data as an analytical tool, displaying the information in new forms and content for the purpose of analysis and option exploration
· Design, and document dashboards, alerts, and reports either on a regular recurring basis or as needed
· Conduct analyses of functional business processes and functional business requirements and participate in the development of business cases in the support of process changes and/or IT projects
· Works on medium to complex and cross-functional IT and business intelligence solutions
· May perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms.
· Researches business problems and creates models that help analyze these business problems.
Required skills:
· Data Analytics / Report generation / Metrics
· SAP, CRM experiencStrong understanding of how business requirements are gathered, analyzed and documented as well as translated into technical specifications.
· Insightful, analytical and driven professional with Agile expertise, Agile Methodology
· Highly adept user of MS Excel, and common data analytics tools required.
· Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing applications and IT processes
· Effectively partner, collaborate, and communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels
· Partner with Business Development and Finance partners for business requirements gathering, and work with technical resources to document functional and technical requirements
· Create and present reports to business partners and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or equivalent required.
· 3-5 years related work experience required.
· 2-3 years experience with Power BI or equivalent tools
· 2-3 years experience with CRM development
· Advanced MS Excel, Access skills.
· Required experience and demonstrated analytical, financial, qualitative and quantitative skills.

· Customer Service: Ability to provide a high level of customer service and staff training to meet customer service standards and expectations for the assigned unit(s). Resolves service issues in the assigned unit(s) in a timely and respectful manner.
Physical Nature of the Job:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally
