The regional HR Master Data process lead will be a subject matter expert with a deep as well as broad knowledge of how implementing data management processes in support of all HR related processes and ultimately advising on how those process requirements should be best supported in our local HRIS system, UKGPro, as well as our global HRIS system, CornerstoneOnDemand. This role is a key role in translating & bridging process requirements with system solutions including the support for the process owners of Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Reward & Recognition, Learning and Development as well as Workforce Management & Analytics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively participate in projects within the Workforce Management and People Analytics process areas.
• Supporting the regional and global HR teams in defining best in class global workforce management and analytics.
• Understanding the impact on data definitions and data model & data requirements as a result these processes.
• Working in close collaboration with other global and regional HR process teams- Recruitment, Talent Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Global Mobility.
• Proactively liaising with other functional & technical teams on how to deliver global system support for new workforce management processes.
• Supporting & driving continuous improvement within the both the regional HR team as well as with the Global Workforce Management function.
• Helping to support other HR process owners with building, aligning, and implementing cross-process solutions.
• Keep up to date global working instructions and guidelines.
