ScionHealth is recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky!

Summary

The Human Resources Generalist supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Department by managing key human resources processes & systems, leading special projects, assisting with the development of company-wide initiatives, and handling a wide variety of operational and administrative duties in support of various functional areas within Human Resources. While this role provides generalist HR support to all areas of the HR department, including but not limited to HR administration, organizational culture, employee relations, and diversity, equity and inclusion, the initial primary area of focus will be diversity, equity and inclusion.

Essential Functions

• Assists with the development and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives; plans and manages projects aimed at enhancing employee experience, development, and satisfaction.
• Coordinates events, training, and initiatives to support ScionHealth’s organizational culture and DE&I functions.
• Provides HR support to employees, assisting with troubleshooting and guiding employees seeking HR transactional support to the appropriate resources; liaises with teams managing onboarding and employee life cycle.
• Serves as systems administrator for several HR-related systems, including systems for travel and expense reimbursement, performance evaluation and employee engagement; identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements process improvement plans.
• Prepares HR reports and responds to HR data inquiries; analyzes, tracks and trends key HR metrics.
• Assists with development and management of HR policies, procedures, and guides; maintains up-to-date HR-related information on company intranet, Microsoft Teams, or other sites.
• Triages and investigates employee relations issues and assists with HR compliance-related matters.
• Assists with budget needs, expense tracking, invoice processing and other administrative tasks.
• Regular and reliable attendance; Perform other duties as assigned.
• Approximate percent of time required to travel: Up to 20%

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

* 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources or a related field required.
