Position Overview: The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for the overall support in investigating work-related or compliance issues with bargaining and non-bargaining employees and providing summarized reports with investigative conclusions with formed recommendations to our Labor Relations Manager.
Location: This is an on-site opportunity at our Carter Lake, IA location.
