About the Position:

Plans, directs and oversees the activities of the customer service department to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives. Performs the following duties directly or through subordinates.

Essential Functions:

• Direct and manage customer service team from planning to daily operations.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Define and communicate customer service standards.
• When the need arises, enter orders as necessary to fulfill production needs.
• Make any changes to orders as necessary throughout the process including changes/modifications to the Sales Order Acknowledgements to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
• Ensure the customer service team is familiar with their orders in the system.
• Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards.
• Review production bills and packing lists together with the PM as necessary to assure that they are correct.
• Maintain QuickBooks sales data and the production schedule.
• Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.
• Review customer complaints and track customer complaints up to resolution.
• Monitor accuracy on sales acknowledgments entered on QuickBooks.
• Develop, maintain and control drafting and BOM schedules.
• Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the department.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve the quality of service, productivity, and profitability.
• Perform timely performance reviews with the customer service team.
• Comply with all company and department policies and procedures.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Comply with supervisory expectations:

Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of senior customer service leadership.
• Familiarity in manufacturing and construction is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Salary: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year depending on experience

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to function effectively with moderate to high levels of stress in a demanding and dynamic environment.
• Must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time and consistently produce accurate work products, organize thoughts, and execute sound judgment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
