We are a boutique family owned fire protection company at the top of the San Francisco marketplace. No two days are the same here; a diversity of responsibilities makes the hours slide by and it’s the end of the day before you know it.
If you like helping people, you’ll like this job. You will be the first person the customer will talk to when they call for service. You will be scheduling client appointments on our Google calendar and dispatching our field specialists to complete these appointments. Together we will help property owners and managers get their annual fire safety inspections done and be in compliance with federal and state fire safety codes. You will be satisfied at the end of the day knowing that you were a critical part in giving people safety and a peace of mind.
You will report directly to the CEO. And will perform as liaison between CEO, clients, field technicians, and subcontractors. Your duties will be to work accurately as you handle phone and email client requests, dispatch technicians for service jobs, and monitor these jobs until their completion. You will care for the client from start to finish of their project.
