ALTA IT Services is staffing a 6-month contract for a customer support specialist to support a leading health insurance customer. The individual will perform duties that are detailed in nature, exposure to health care, health insurance, medical information, and direct service. Will take incoming calls for beneficiaries.
Remote
Pay $16/HR
*This is a remote position but requires to be onsite for two days in Owings Mills, MD, along with Vaccination*
*Need to have your own equipment (PC and headset)*
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for Customer Service
- Display exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Capability to navigate concurrently between multiple software systems with relative ease.
- Experience in a Quality/Production driven environment.
- Must have previous customer service experience.
