Principal Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintains and oversees specific processes for the collection and maintenance of customer data, which includes billing accuracy, aging and preparation of the information for the monthly financial statements.
• Responsibility includes all front desk/clerical tasks including scheduling, money handling, credit card processing and collections.
• First line to answer all incoming calls.
• Ensures correct coding of new accounts.
• Scheduling for route and service.
• Diligently works toward the completion of special projects, request, and assignments as appropriate.
• Must have exceptional attendance in the office
• Assists in sales process as necessary.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned
• Must abide by all company policies as contained in the company employee handbook.

Receptionist/Customer Service Minimum Requirements:

• Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Customer Service, Telephone answering, Light Bookkeeping, or a related field.
• Billing, collections and experience with database desired.
• Able to clearly present information through the spoken word. Can accurately communicate, providing the necessary level of detail even under stressful or demanding conditions. Ensures a positive attitude and team orientation is exhibited in verbal and non-verbal communication..
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit at a computer and type for extended periods of time.

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
