A Brief Overview

You’ll join our Customer Care team to support our customers’ needs. Whether it’s helping with a simple question, solving a complex issue, or refining to make our product easier to use. We prioritize our customers’ needs first and do everything necessary to ensure a consistently positive experience. Be the face and voice of TriNet Zenefits once our customers are up and running on the platform!

What you will do

• Be the face and voice of Zenefits once our customers are up and running on the platform
• Provide Tier 1 customer support through phone, email and chat
• Help customers get through critical moments with ease by taking a systematic approach to problem-solving and applying just a bit of detective work to solve any issue that comes your way
• Run point on customer issues that require masterful coordination between multiple Zenefits teams
• Act as the voice of our customers to help prioritize future enhancements to the platform

Education Qualifications

• General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training required
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Experience Qualifications

• Typically 1+ years work experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for customer advocacy and empathy
• An aptitude for learning new products, process, and systems
• Organizational management in setting priorities

The salary range for this role is $41,600 to $57,720. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
