Customer Service Representative

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F

Pay: $48-52K

Location: Bartlett, IL

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of Corporate Customer Service experience, processing orders.

JOB DUTIES:

• Processing, entering, correcting, and adjusting orders with a SAME DAY (Receipt to Confirmation) commitment to customers
• Communicating to CS and brokers any corrections required on orders ( price, dates, qtys)
• Correcting layers and communicating changes to customer service/brokers
• Sending additions to the schedule (if orders are late) to customer service
• Updating contact schedule
• Reviewing, correcting, adjusting and making changes as needed. Auditing orders, and sending late additions to the warehouses.
• Assisting with Ad hoc reporting, system cleanup and other data processing needs
• Ensuring that all customers are adhering to lead times and shipping schedules
• Assisting Customer Service Reps with various projects including process improvement, EDI implementation and other projects
• Perform all duties as assigned
