Integrated Medical Systems, Inc. is a growing Medical Distribution & Rental company that is looking for a motivated, full-time Customer Service Representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Duties Include:
Answering & Directing a Multi-line Phone System
Entering Customer Orders
Resolving Customer Issues
Tracking UPS/FedEx Shipments for Customers
Working with our Sales Team & Outside Locations Regarding Orders & Customers
Mailing Invoices
Requirements:
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
Detail Oriented
Ability to Multi-Task, Prioritize, and Manage Time Effectively
Dependable & Flexible
Proven Customer Support Experience
Computer Experience; MS Word, Excel, Outlook
High School Diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
