Tom Tepe Autocenter Hiring for Customer Service Representative Job at Milan, IN Full Time

We are looking to add to our Call Center team at the Tom Tepe Autocenter. Responsibilities will include contacting new and existing customers for Tom Tepe Autoceneter and Car Country to discuss current sales promotions. Create excitement and set appointments for customers to visit our dealership. Respond to inbound phone calls and Internet inquiries to develop a rapport with our customers. Must have strong verbal and communication skills and have the ability to engage with customers. This is a performance based position. We do offer flexible schedules, benefits after 90 days, a base pay plus the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus based on performance. Position location will be at the Milan, Tom Tepe Autocenter store.
