Arnold Creek Cat Retreat is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant or Technician for part-time cover. We provide quality boarding for healthy cats or cats requiring medical care up to and including sub-Q fluids. Duties include feeding cats, scooping litter boxes, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the Cat Retreat, providing TLC to boarders, monitoring for acute health changes or changes in chronic health conditions, administering oral, topical, transdermal medications and sub-Q fluids. Computer competence, good communication skills and excellent customer service are a must. We’re looking for a reliable, honest person who has a genuine love of cats.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Weekend availability

- Portland, OR 97219: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
