Job Description Summary
Wentworth Institute of Technology
is seeking applicants interested in joining the Wentworth community as an Admissions Counselor.
The Admissions
Counselor assists the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in its effort to attract and build relationships with potential students through a
variety of related responsibilities. Several of the key responsibilities include engagement in one-on-one contact with prospective students
and parents during on and off campus recruitment activities, using phone, email, and direct mail correspondence to communicate with key
stakeholders, present information sessions, complete application evaluations, and the processing of admissions documents. The position
reports to the Senior Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions and collaborates with other recruitment and enrollment teams and
departments across the institution.

Minimum Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Work Experience Required: 0-2 years
Minimum
Knowledge Required
Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.
Preferred Knowledge
Comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts and practices and ability to use in complex,
difficult and/or unprecedented situations.
