Summary of Duties:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for assisting customers within the department facilities with way-finding, parking concerns, and payment. Provide students, faculty, staff, program participants and/or the public with information and interpretation of policies and activities related to the program specialty. Perform minor maintenance and cleaning duties of all department facilities and equipment. Assist in the coordination of activities as it relates to special events. This position is also responsible for field operations duties on the WSU Pullman Campus which include; enforcement of parking regulations, motorist assistance and customer service, monitoring lot usage.

Required Qualifications:
Possession of a valid motor vehicle driver’s license
Customer service experience
Experience using personal computers
High School graduation OR equivalent

Monthly Salary: Range 38 | $3,220.00 – $4,013.00 (Step A through M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
