The Department of Human Services in the Dewar College of Education seeks applicants for a tenure-track, faculty position
at either the assistant or associate professor level beginning August 1, 2024. The program is seeking an energetic faculty member who can
work within the academy and community to build a strong foundation for the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program. The selected
candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in the candidate’s area of expertise, maintaining scholarly productivity, and
participating in service at the department, college, and university levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating the program; teaching graduate courses in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which could topics of group dynamics,
personnel selection, research design and analysis, employee law and personnel practice, practicum, human factors, statistics, psychometrics,
internship, and other related courses; advising students; conducting a research agenda that consist of publications, presentations, and/or
grant writing; providing service to the department, college, university, community, and businesses in the region.
