Job Summary
The Graduate School Associate is responsible for front office management and customer service by providing a welcoming environment for our applicants, students, and staff. This position also helps assist with application and document processing, creates and maintains electronic communication plans, and helps to manage the Graduate School’s social media accounts.

Proposed Salary
$19.71 hourly, paid on a bi-weekly basis.

Strong verbal and written communication skills – Must be able to provide accurate information while working in a fast-paced environment – Excellent customer service and organizational skills
