Job Description Summary
This is a position for Research Specialist, Level A, with a purpose to investigate the pathogenic mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders using mouse as a model organism. The primary function of this position includes functional characterization of genetically modified mice using electrophysiological, molecular, cellular and behavioral approaches, such as cryo-sections, immunohistochemistry, EEG recording and confocal microscopy. Other duties include breeding, genotyping and management of mouse colonies.
