Position Description:
The Trager Institute seeks a Coordinator who will ensure the implementation of grant-related activities and support work to ensure positive grant outcomes. Close communication with the grant leadership team, students, faculty will be necessary. Leading regular training and ensuring the implementation of the grant work plan will be necessary to remain compliant with funder expectations and guidelines. Some travel may be required for this position. Please note that 2 positions are available.
This position requires someone who is organized and task-oriented with attention to detail. Must be able to delegate and follow up to ensure timely completion of all duties. Must be able to analyze and evaluate the success of all strategies and be flexible enough to recommend changes in direction when needed. Must have strong critical thinking skills and able to think through challenges, with suggested solutions. Must be able to build strong working relationships with all colleagues, community members and the Trager team.
This position is grant funded and continued employment is contingent upon those funds.
Preferred qualifications include:
