Assistant Director of Residence Education – Training & Development
Provide supervision and support for
assigned hall coordinators and assist in hall management, including supervision, facilities, and code of student life administration.
Administrative oversight of annual student staff selection, training, staff on-boarding, staff evaluation processes, and on-going
development. Support the development and implementation of the Residence Education Model: a curricular approach for staff working with
residential students during the year.
