The Sanders IMPACT Practice Center (IPC) Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful
operations of the IPC. The Program Manager works with the Institute’s academic program faculty to support client, student, and supervisor
activities that meet academic program accreditation and curriculum standards and coordinates interprofessional client-related activities
across programs. The Program Manager oversees the IPC staff and graduate assistants and is responsible for management of the room
reservations, space, and overall operations of the IPC.
Areas of focus include serving as the IPC’s superuser for educational
technology systems, communicating with leaders, faculty, and students associated with IPC operations and managing staff and graduate
assistants at the IPC to provide positive customer-service experience for its faculty, staff, students, clients, families, research
participants, and guests.

REQUIRED
a) Administrative Skills- Solid administrative, management, and communication skills. Excellent customer-service
focused communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently.
b) Technical Skills- Knowledge of computer systems and
ability to learn and implement new systems and technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and use of
databases. Ability to coordinate multiple activities using scheduling software and video recording systems.
c) Physical Capabilities
