Under the general supervision of the CRU Supervisor, the CRU Analyst will independently intake, manage, and resolve cases within the Client Services Team, a fast paced, deadline driven unit. The incumbent will perform complex analysis and escalate issues when needed to department leadership or others in the Central Resource Unit. The incumbent must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills and have preferred skills/knowledge in the areas of Payroll, PeopleSoft Workforce Administration, UC Benefits, and Employment Authorization (I-9) Form. The incumbent will independently manage cases through resolution based on Service Level Agreements (SLA), and will collaborate with colleagues in Central Resource Unit and liaison with other Partner Central Offices and outreach to Campus Departments to determine and implement process improvements. In addition, the Analyst is called upon to perform various duties as well as support projects within Payroll Partner and the Client Services teams as needed. The highest level of care, quality, and attention to detail is needed to provide outstanding customer service to all constituents.
Special Instructions:
The budgeted hiring salary/target range for this position is the posted minimum to $30.95 hourly, with salary placement based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
Contract length is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension based upon department’s need and budget.
Position is hybrid with the current expectation of coming on-site to Wilshire Center once a month, but subject to more in-office days based upon changing business needs at the discretion of CRU leadership.
